Stronglifts Seminar

Stronglifts was the largest online weightlifting community in the world when they contacted us to document their 2014 London Seminar. The event included lectures, demonstrations, Q&As, group lifting sessions and guest speakers.

We documented the morning seminars using a two camera set-up to capture both the speakers and audience reactions and questions. We then shot interviews during the afternoon weightlifting sessions, and used footage from the whole day to craft the interview videos.

Stronglifts was a very long but rewarding post production process for us, and in the end we produced in total over seventy videos from the event.
